A Special day

I have some special days in a year.

Today I'll write about one of my special days.
On New years day, our family visit grandparent's house.
My grandparent's of my mother live in futami in Akashi city.
And my cousin's live in the house next to my grandparent's.
I have two cousins. Both of my cousins are girls and older than me.
One older sister is 25 years old, younger sister is 20 years old.
I have a brother, but I don't have any sisters, so I rely on them like real sisters.
During long vacation, we stay each other with watching DVD or talking and so on.

Therefore we gather our grandparents house.
And we always eat nabe (I don't know the meaning of eating nabe every year)
with talking each other.
Last year we grandchildren recorded massage for my grandparents on tape.
I always have a good laugh that I shed tears.
When I was young, I have chances to meet my cousins or grandparents.
However I don't have time much, we hardly gather all members.
So the beginning of the new year has special meaning and special day for me(^^♪！！
